1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@lornite.shop with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

In accordance with Google’s transparency requirements, we disclose all potential costs upfront:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Lornite will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will incur $0.00 in costs.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: Lornite does not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) on any returns.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Most refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank as processing times can vary.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used personal care items (e.g., U-Type Toothbrushes).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at info@lornite.shop within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
